Gardner employs a technology and person-controlled process for screening patients for programs they eligible for. Using a matrix of eligibility criteria, and an efficient interview script, our Patient Advocacy Representatives (PARs) quickly identify which programs to facilitate for the patient and their family, allowing Gardner to dedicate resources to appropriate efforts.

This process ensures greater success, timelier approvals, and eliminates senseless aging of accounts that will never be approved. Patients who are ruled-in for eligibility are immediately worked by our PARs to facilitate coverage. This includes completing applications, gathering information and verifications, and obtaining releases authorizing Gardner to represent and support patients during the eligibility process.
