
Because fieldwork has made Gardner Group so successful in our efforts to cover the uninsured, we have developed a field services product that can be added onto current insourced processes, as an extension of the medical assistance application process. This turns an internal program into an outreach program.
We are able to provide extensible fieldwork services to financial counselors, case managers, and billers to help complete efforts to secure funding sources. This works to re-engage patients who have become non-compliant, or who do not have the capacity to complete the application process once they’ve left the hospital.
