TPL recovery is a front-end process for Gardner, too. We work accounts promptly, compile a case for reimbursement from casualty carriers, and file liens immediately. This prompt solution streamlines payments by representing our clients in the policy disbursement process. This quick action also minimizes much of the subrogation process, thus increasing hospital reimbursement for each claim. Taking policy limits is usually always better than the fractional payment from a group plan.

What we do at Gardner is use our same process for Medical Assistance, leveraging our onsite personnel to screen patients at the time of service. We take in accident information, discover at-fault parties, and gather the insurance information. This puts us in the early position to notify carrier adjusters to make notice of a claim, and to file liens.

In our process we screen for auto accidents, premise liability, as well as general liabilities of individuals and companies.
