How do we know we are such high performers? We created an extensive, objective set of reporting utilities to demonstrate our results to our management and our customers.
We have the standard reports that you’d expect, and some advanced reports, as well. Then, we provide you with custom-tailored reports, to be scheduled for delivery at your convenience.
Every month you get inventory and disposition reports. These reports include all the accounts referred, not just accounts we accepted as referrals. For example, if we are referred a patient who already has insurance, we return it to you, and we report that we did. When measuring the pass through of accounts, to whatever disposition, it is important to track all of the activity.
Medi-Trax has advanced reports to demonstrate our auditing and field visit performance. We also have a monthly dashboard report, which is concise, informative and aggregate.
